UltiStack

Film, plays and breakdowns for ultimate frisbee teams.

Beta — Windows + Web

UltiStack is a coaching toolkit for ultimate frisbee. Coaches use the Windows app to draw on game film, record narrated breakdowns, and design plays step by step on a field diagram — then share all of it with their team in one click.

Players don't install anything. They open the team website on their phone and find everything in three tabs: Film Review for the coaches' breakdowns, Playbook for plays they can step through with a swipe, and Raw Film for full games. Every team is private and invite-only.

Coaching a team? Request access to set up your team — UltiStack is in beta. Are you a member of a team? Ask your coach for an invite link!

Film Room

Draw right on game film: arrows, highlighted players, shaded space and marked positions, each timed to the moment it matters. Automatic tracking keeps a highlight on a moving player so you don't have to redraw it frame by frame.

Narrated breakdowns

Talk through a point while you draw, and UltiStack records it as a video. Players watch it on their phone the way you'd explain it in the film room.

Play Designer

Set up a formation on the field, then build the play one step at a time with cuts, throws and notes. Plays animate between steps, and the team sees them exactly as you drew them.

A private team website

Invite players with a link and coaches by email. Coaches upload film and share plays; players see everything their coaches share. Video streams in sharp 1080p on a laptop and still plays smoothly on a phone.

Coaches working together

Any coach can edit a shared play. One person edits at a time, nobody's work is silently overwritten, and changes made offline upload on their own once you're back online.
